just saw Brian Williams, on one of those 'liberal' news channels, report George W Bush is officially the lowest rated president EVER, and dropping. SURPRISE!!.. Just passing this on, cause Fox won't tell you. Who woulda guessed? The #1 answer to describe W, in a single word, in a national poll??????= INCOMPETENT....
I would have said LIAR, but 'incompetent' works....
