As we watch the world go on,

after the 'rapture' that didn't happen, AGAIN, we can't help but look at those who hope that the world WILL end, cuz then their belief system will be validated.  IF it happened, they could say, 'I told you so', but it didn't, and it won't. So, they will be left, here on earth, with no clue, or resources, for their old age, and we taxpayers will have to support them, after they aren't magically transported off the earth, as they end up in diapers. By the time they are proven wrong, it's too late for them, but, for many, they WILL get old, with not enough money, and we will have to feed them. Nothing new here, but, is brought to light, occasionally, when another Bible thumper, like the 89 yr old in California, deceives a bunch of gullible followers, with his false prophesy, and they have to face the 'day after', looking like fools.  A good book out there, 'When Prophecy Fails', explains this phenomenon, for those gullible believers, who can't understand reality. Sad, when you think how many there are 'out there'. P.S. They have been predicting the' last generation', for nearly 2000 years, BUT it never happens, as they just grow old, while they wait.
