Denver Restaurant Week

is a chance to experience great dining at reasonable prices. Used to be $52.80/couple, but is still a bargain at $60. Met Nate and Laura/Ted and Kari at Denver Prime Steakhouse last night for some amazing fillets and lobster, with all the accompaniments, including the new New Belgium creation on tap. Always good to see the kids, esp w/such great food. Next up is 'The Little Bear' in Evergreen, where one of our fav band/singers is playing. "Tis a privelege, to live in Colorado"...

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
