WASHINGTON (AP) — House Republicans voted Wednesday to repeal a law requiring country-of-origin labels on packages of meat — a move to avoid excessive government regulation. Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Ohio, said, “Our people deserve a right to know where their food is produced and where it comes from", but  was overruled by his Republican colleagues.

 Yup, if the Pubs get their way, we'll no longer know where that package of ground (cow?) came from. Just when I think they can't get any worse, they bow to their their Big Money masters, AGAIN. Don't believe it? Look it up.

Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
