Repub Cory Gardner has been flooding us with TV with ads, most of them claiming credit for the Great American Outdoors Act being passed.

But it’s a yuuuge LIE, cuz he’s a Pub and that’s what they do. Constantly....

It is truly remarkable that Cory Gardner has the audacity to take credit for getting something done “in the midst of acrimony, in the midst of partisanship, and in the midst of times when the American people look out and wonder if they can get anything done.”

Let’s clear the record. The Great American Outdoors Act was originally introduced in 2019 by Rep. John Lewis. It was subsequently co-sponsored by may others—both Republicans and Democrats.

Gardner’s flaunting of this act as a personal accomplishment is a shameless PR stunt by a man who has sidled up to our current president with alarming predictability. He voted for the big tax cuts given to the wealthy in 2017, etc, voting with Trump, against the people, as one of his loyal lapdogs.
