Wow, if only all court cases were so easy to rule upon.

 Unlike Dotard’s inciting an insurrection, with help from Rabid Rudy, telling the morons(R) to Go Fight, most court cases don’t have video of the crime being committed.

That doesn’t stop the gullible, ignorant sheep from saying it never happened, BUT, the courts hold criminals to a higher standard, and they get the last say on Dotard and Rudy. Should be pretty easy....

Former President Donald Trump and his lawyer Rudy Giuliani have asked a federal judge in Washington to throw out a lawsuit by House Democrats who accuse them of helping to incite the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Both men spoke at the pro-Trump rally that preceded the riot and urged the rioters to go to the Capitol and overturn the election that Trump lost.

 And, as Liz Cheney(R) said, ‘The President of the United States summoned this mob, assembled the mob, and lit the flame of this attack," she said soon after the insurrection. "Everything that followed was his doing."
