Next up for FOX is the Smartmatic suit, very similar to the Dominion suit. I’m sure the gullible ignorant sheep won’t hear about that one either.

What The Fox News-Dominion Settlement Means For Smartmatic's $2.7 Billion Lawsuit

Despite its $787.5 million defamation deal with Dominion this week, the right-wing network faces another legal challenge involving 2020 election lies.

A New York appeals court earlier this year rejected an effort by Fox News to get the case tossed out, and allowed the lawsuit to move forward against Fox News, Bartiromo, Dobbs, Pirro and Giuliani. 

Smartmatic’s lawsuit said that Fox News and the other defendants “decided to make Smartmatic the villain in their story,” and that the conservative network published over 100 false and misleading statements about the company.

The complaint also alleges Fox aired 13 segments in November and December 2020 stating that Smartmatic stole the election.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW.
