 As the rest of the world pays the price, the two war criminals sit back and grin, along with Putin, who OWNS Dotard, since he bailed him out, to the tune of nearly a billion dollars, funneled through shady real estate deals as the asshole ran for prez, with the help of Russia and Rupert Murdoch.
