I'm posting this shot from the Isle of Capri, in the Mediterranean. Kari and I took a chair-lift to the top of Capri, (Ana-Capri), and I took this pic with the two islands in the background. According to mythology, this was the place where the sirens tried to lure Odysseus, and his sailors, to their deaths. A beautiful spot, off the SW coast of Italy. Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
