Thanks, Kevin

Laura's dad, Kevin, was good enough to pick me up this morning, load my recumbent in his van, and drive us over to one his favorite bike riding trails. We did a little over 30 miles, following the Platte River, from 104th and Colorado, to Confluence Park in downtown Denver, where we hit the local Starbucks. Kev was nice enough not to leave me in his dust. Hope we can do it again sometime.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
