WOW, Tim Tebow is out of a job,

as the Broncos just picked up Peyton Manning. Personally, I have mixed feelings on the deal, and we won't know for years if it was the right thing to do. I do know, that Elway has been less than happy with Tim, and Tebow is many years away from being a top NFL QB, if ever. A player like Manning doesn't come around but once a decade, so if the Broncos can get him they should do it. The joker in the deck? Peyton had/has a serious neck injury that may or may not be an issue, AND, the amount of money he's getting is gonna cut down on the number and quality of players they can surround him with. Bottom line, I think he instantly makes the Broncos a much better team, and that's what it's all about. Don't worry about Timmie, he can probably find a job somewhere....

ESPN is saying that one of the main selling points for the Broncos is the fact that Manning is a family man and Colorado is a great place to live. Totally agree.

Does Denver have to get rid of Tebow? He's got a low dollar contract, and could be groomed as a backup and future QB.

Altready he's a magnet for good players whe wanna play with a winner. THe broncos go for a QB that was at the bottom of QB ratings to the TOP. Gotta love it, if you're a Bronco fan.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW.
