Another interesting Post article this morning,

about a huge oil field, the Denver Julesberg Basin, with fairly 'easy to get' oil, at half the price of the Bakken field in North Dakota. 4 different oil companies have invested many billions in acquiring land, water and infrastructure, and the 'rush' has just begun. Is supposed to be' many decades worth' of oil, right in our backyard, literally. Just what we needed, another reason for more people to move into our part of the world. Too crowded now. Good news for geophysicists like our son-in-law Ted, though...

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them.
