relentlessly hyped hydrochloroquine, and even fired the Dr in charge of finding a vaccine, because he wouldn’t catapult their bullshit. Companies owned by Trump donors were poised to make massive profits, if the hype was true.
But it wasn’t.
Not only is it not a cure, and deprives sick patients who need it, but, the first large, controlled study showed it not only didn’t help, but it hurt.
So much for swallowing the crap from Dotard and FOX, but absolutely nothing new here....
On Tuesday, a study of 368 Veterans Affairs patients showed that the use of hydroxychloroquine was associated with an increased risk of death. Mr. Trump’s own medical team, including Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, the nation’s leading expert on infectious diseases, advised against its use.
