There were those who thought/hoped Trump would ‘become’ presidential when he was thrust into the position. They were obviously wrong.

Others thought he would rise to the occasion when the pandemic struck. Wrong again.
It’s like the parable of the scorpion and the frog, after the frog helped the scorpion cross the swollen river, only to be stung. As he died, the frog asked, ‘why did you sting me’, and the scorpion said, ‘it’s my nature’.
We have the same problem with Dotard. It’s his nature to LIE, blame others and reward loyalty rather than competence.
SO, you frogs who elected the pig/scorpion, don’t be surprised when he wrecks the country. It’s his nature.......
