As bad as he is, Trump is, hopefully, not the existential threat to democracy that he wants to be. In fact, he may just be a ‘useful idiot’ as in being the Repub candidate for prez.

He may be the Dems best of hope of staying in power, as there is NO WAY he could win the presidency again, after we’ve seen behind the curtain.

His arrogance and egotism, not to mention his constant LIES make him unelectable, even though a hardcore, head up their ass crowd of about 30% swallow all the crap he spews.

He would have had a chance, but his LIES about a Stolen Election drove all but the most idiotic ass kissers out of his camp.

 Instead, once he went down the road of denying his own defeat, Trump was serially abandoned by almost all the major figures who were supposedly his cat’s paws or lackeys, from Bill Barr to Brett Kavanaugh to Brian Kemp to Senators Lindsey Graham and Mike Lee and Pence. All that he had left, in the end, were Sidney Powell’s fantasy lawsuits, Eastman’s fantasy memo and the mob.

So, hopefully the jerk has enough residual power to win the Pub nomination in 2024 and drag the party down with him.

As bad as Biden and the Dems are, they are a shining beacon on the hill, compared to the darkness in Dotard’s soul, and his plans to dismantle democracy.
