Good news?

 Just saw where Zillow says the Denver area has one of the highest/fastest growing prices in the country, and Broomfield leads the Denver area.

Great. Higher taxes, 

BUT, it shows what a great place this is to live. Proved it today with an amazing day on a golf course, as ski areas are opening.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
