As the shutdown drags on, both sides are blaming each other BUT,

 One side keeps trying to meet and talk, while the other side says, ‘F*ck you, we ain’t even talking to you. Take our terms or else.’ 

And the Pubs, prez and Congress, aren’t even in town.

Nothing new here, as the Pubs blame the Dems, while they REFUSE TO NEGOTIATE.
