As they wreck Obamacare, which Dem AND Pub recipients love, it’s good to know the jerks(R) have a plan to fix/replace ACA with something better.

 When asked by ABC News moderator Linsey Davis to clarify if he had a health care plan, the president said he had "concepts of a plan" to replace the ACA but provided no details.

"If we can come up with a plan that's going to cost our people, our population, less money and be better health care than Obamacare, then I would absolutely do it," Trump said.

That’s a big IF, jackass….
