The Pubs love to think and yell,
We're #1! USA! Which is fine in some areas, but certainly NOT in health care. Compared to the rest of the world we are near, if not at, the bottom of the pack. We pay more and get less than just about any country, by any measurement.
The reason is obvious to anyone who wants to look. We are the only country where health care is Big Business and the main concern of Big Business is to make Big Money. This is fine in most areas, but health care should be different.
The solution is obvious and has been for a long time. The Dems had the right idea, but were sabotaged by the Big Business Pubs. Health care needs to be a 'single payer' system, like Medicare, and the 'rest of the world'.
Take Obamacare, build on the good and fix the bad, with bi-partisan work. Simple. But will the Pubs, in charge of all three legs of the legislative stool do it? OF COURSE NOT.
They'll connive behind closed doors, sell out to their many lobbyists and give a plan that has No Chance of passing, then bitch about Obamacare, do everything to hasten it's demise and then say, 'I told you so'.
These jerks should be locked in room, with bread and water, and not allowed out until they have a health care system that includes them and their families, instead of treating themselves to the BEST while throwing crumbs to the rest. Simple, Obvious, But will anything like it happen?
