Had to renew my Driver's License today,

but, cuz I'm older and wiser, I made an appt at the DMV, three months ago. This morning I walked into the CROWDED office at 9:50, was escorted to the front of the line, took an eye test, filled out forms, got my pic taken, rec'd my new license and was out the door by 10:07, while hundreds waited, filling the chairs, leaning against walls and spilling outside onto the sidewalk.
I got a lot of funny looks....
