Took a quick trip to Glenwood Springs



It's so nice to leave the heat and drive through the Rockies, incl Glenwood Canyon, for a stay at the Hotel Colorado, in Glenwood Springs. The drive in the RL, with the 12 speaker Bose (and Ipod) didn't last long enough as we cranked the music and cruised through the high country, where there's still quite a bit snow. Met some good, fun people in Harley leathers (ret cop and RN) at the hotel who invited us into the Roosevelt Suite, after spending the evening together.
Lots of good times, (and new stories) packed into one trip, incl taking the gondola to Glenwood Caverns, where it's 52 degrees, year 'round.

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
