Despite all the bitching the Orange Clown did

 about Obama's golfing (when he wasn't spreading lies to the birthers), the Liar in Chief has spent a LOT more time on the course, and it's become a problem to PAY for 'security' while the Bozo galavants around, taking every opportunity to escape the 'dump' (White House).
The Secret Service is having a hard time keeping
up with President Trump’s expensive weekend golf
trips. 
In fact, USA Today is reporting the agency tasked with
protecting the president and his large family can no 
longer afford to pay the hundreds of agents needed
for larger operations. Secret Service Director Randolph 
Alles says just seven months into the presidency more 
than 1,000 agents have already hit their salary caps 
and overtime allowances meant to last the entire year. 
Fortunately, there's an easy solution. Just drop all security
and provide rifles to the public. Problem solved.
