GW and The Dick opened the world despised facility, so they could continue water boarding and other torture from prying eyes in America.
It is outrageously expensive, and embarrassing, and Obama tried to shut it down, but Pubs in Congress, who never saw a military expenditure, or war, they would throw money at, refused to allow it to close.
The same old Pubs that anyone with a functioning brain can’t stand...
