Dotard is a LOT of things. Profane, corrupt, and a Russian backed LIAR , but he’s not stupid.

One of his first BIG LIES, after his inauguration crowd numbers, was to claim MILLIONS of illegal votes, which is total bullshit, BUT, it allowed him to do a bogus investigation, getting voting records from MANY states, although Colorado and some other states refused to provide them.
WELL, his henchmen have used those records to identify voters and districts, which they are weaponizing for 2020.

Like I said, the Liar in Chief is LOT of things, but stupid isn’t one. That would be his gullible, ignorant, FOX-swallowing sheep, who allow his criminal acts.
