Am stuck in paradise, waiting for a flight out, but I do have a lot of great books on my Kindle.

 Camino Winds is the latest one, and am just finishing it up. Great line I it as they bust the bad guys and try to seize their I’ll-gotten assets. The good guys are afraid they’ll just ‘Do a Trump. Drain off all the cash, declare bankruptcy and hide behind the courts’.

It’s exactly how the ‘great businessman’ accumulated most of his wealth. He screwed investors, suppliers and workers, TIME AFTER TIME, until no one would loan to him, so he went to the Russians for financing.


Most people see him as the crook/conman he is, BUT, the sheep look at the incompetent, LYING, asshole and thunk, ‘Wow, what a great guy, he oughta be president!’ The kind of sleazeball that gets his COVID shot in secret, while his ignorant minions refuse the shot, cuz ‘Our hero didn’t get one!’

What a bunch of morons......

BTW, need to stay a bit longer, cuz there’s still couple of great restaurants we haven’t tried. 

Amazing place.....

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
