 When asked about this, the gov/moron(R) in charge, Greg Abbott said that wouldn’t be a problem, cuz Texas was gonna remove all the rapists.

‘Problem solved’ for the rightwingnut morons(R).

“Let’s make something very clear. Rape is a crime and Texas will work tirelessly to make sure that we eliminate all rapists from the streets of Texas by aggressively going out and arresting them and prosecuting them, and getting them off the streets. So goal number one in the state of Texas is to eliminate rape so that no woman, no person, will be a victim of rape.”

WOW! No more problems with rapists in Texas(R), thanks to Gov Abbott!

This is the same asshole that fights against vaccinations and masks, and then wonders why the ICU’s in his state are full of unvaccinated morons(R) in the last stages of COVID, taking up valuable space from people with day to day emergencies.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
