We just learned more about the demands Dotard made, on top of his $1.8 Billion slush fund, to pay his fellow criminals.

 The asshole is also demanding that he be exempt from any charges from CHEATING ON HIS TAXES, forever.

This, after his $10 BILLION lawsuit, against his own government, for releasing the fact that he paid $750 in income taxes.
