Finally, a politician does the right thing

Evan Bayh, D-Indiana, resigned from the Senate, NOT from a scandal, or knowing he was behind in the polls, but because he felt he could do more good by providing jobs in the private sector. Congress has become so partisan that it is essentially broken. Not sure how, or IF it can be fixed, BUT I do know that they aren't there for us, but for them. Health care is a perfect example. The Repubs didn't give a damn about much needed reform, it was all about derailing Obama and the Dems. It's sad and maddening that such a good idea, like democratic gov't, has gone so far down the wrong path.

the democrats know they don't have a prayer of controlling the House or the Senate with the up- coming elections so you're going to find seats emptying out. Patrick Kennedy said he would not be up for reelection. He has 7 months left. We need term limits folks. These geezers stay for the money...the longer the tenure the more money when you leave Congress.

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
