Saw 'Shutter Island',


today, and WHOA.... One of those movies that you can only discuss with someone who has seen it, and wow, it is quite the flick. It is all we have talked about since it ended. Kinda whacks you right on the side of the head. Has you thinking of, and talking about all the little things that happen throughout. Won't ruin it, and I'm not sure it's for everyone, BUT it sure has us discussing it....

More of a psychological thriller, than a horror show. Really makes you think/talk afterward.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them.
