Lotta good things,


about golf today, including perfect weather, and fun people, BUT, the best coulda been a 'hole in one'. Didn't happen, but almost did. 165 yd par 3, with a 5 iron, into the wind. IF, the wind woulda been 1% less, the ball wouldn't have stopped, JUST short of the hole. Our group has a $100 'hole in one' bet, and I would have made a quick $300, BUT, I didn't. My next hole in one, will be my first. It was SO close. Some day it's gonna happen, I hope....

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them.
