A few years ago,

I really enjoyed the book, 'Life of Pi', but couldn't imagine it being made into a movie. It premiered last night, and the Denver Post gave it 4, out of 4, stars, which is very unusual. Supposedly the new 'Avatar', with it's 3D effects. After seeing previews I couldn't understand how they could train a tiger like that, but learned it is all CGI. Wow. Can't wait to see it.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
