Caught a bit of Dotard’s address this afternoon where he gave himself a TEN ,

and even though he KILLED the Pandemic Unit that was set up just for this event, the LIAR claimed he had to FIX a broken system, that never anticipated such an event, AND, he turned down the test kits from WHO, which  are used by the rest of the world, to have American companies develop their own, and the first batch was defective.
The incompetent asshole is consistent, to say the least.
How can people, even the sheep, swallow his crap?
