Kind of a dangerous evening,

last night. Our neighbors, Dave and Rhonda, invited us to join them for a fundraiser at the local Westin Hotel. It was a combination beer, wine and Scotch tasting, with over 20 local restaurants providing their food specialties. Too many goodies, too little time and stomach space. Fun time last night, and glad Dave drove, but kind of a slow start on the day, this morning. Judging from the really fun crowd last night, and talking w/Dave and Rhonda this morning, we're not the only ones dragging, today. Did have some of my green chili, which Rhonda says is a good hangover cure, for breakfast. Not bad....

Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
