One of the things Carol and I asked

each other, was 'what was your favorite meal, on the trip?' Tough decision, but thinking back, the first night in Paris our group had a dinner directly across from Notre Dame, (the pic is from our table), where I started off with a dozen escargot (snails the size of silver dollars) and some excellent pate, followed by Beef Bourguignon and roasted veggies followed by dessert crepes, accompanied by champagne and red and white wine. Really nice rocking chair memory. Second place would be fish and chips at Portobello Rd Market in London, with a chunk of halibut the size of an elongated brick. Yummmm...

That's a pretty darned sophisticated palate, there. Beautiful shot too. G. and I had halibut 4 times while we were in the Pacific Northwest this summer. Love it!
