As I watch, 20/20, tonight,

about the 'heroes' of the American military, I think of the victims. The parents of the kids killed and wounded, act like they chose to be soldiers. If you watch the 'rest of the story', it's because they couldn't find any other jobs. Sure, there's a FEW people who enlisted cuz they believed the propaganda, but by far, MOST of the kids had no other choice, after Bush wrecked the economy. It gets SO old, watching the victims portrayed as HEROES, cuz they couldn't find any other income, and they got thrown into the meatgrinder of Iraq/Afg. Sure, the parents try to make sense of their child's death, BUT, is pretty obvious what happened, as they got killed on the other side of the world, in a war that is now being abandoned, as we realize the cost of what GW got us into. Wouldn't comment, but that's what's on TV tonight, as we see the parents' suffer, from the loss of their kids. Sickening, but real, cuz I am a parent, and see W's legacy.
