WOW, had a great dinner,

as I wanted to test out my new super grill, with the super hot flame, SO, I got out my best elk loin, marinated all afternoon, and grilled it over a HOT flame. It was Fantastic. One of the best elk loins ever. Throw in a great salad, with garden stuff, and a perfect baked potato. YUM....

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
