 BUT, he shirks all responsibility for his (lack of) response which made the US NUMBER ONE in deaths.

Same old shit from the Pathological Liar, who’s lack of action/leadership in the early months allowed the pandemic to get totally out of control, while he continually LIED about it, as he wants credit for the vaccine.
