As Dotard leaves the presidency, and the office in smoldering ruins, it’s obvious we need some New Rules.

 In no particular order.

Future presidents MUST reveal their taxes, and a thorough financial statement.

And, they must honor all subpoenas, not just IGNORE them like Dotard and his criminal cronies.

And, they shouldn’t be able to opt out of international treaties and pacts, without Congressional approval.

AND:

Congress should expressly bar presidents from obstructing justice for self-protection, protection of family members and to interfere in elections. It should also make it a crime for a president to offer a pardon in exchange for bribes, including clemency granted for silence or corrupt action in a legal proceeding.

This would at least ‘be a start’ after we’ve seen the Russian backed, LYING conman make a shambles of the presidency and the rule of law in the United States.

AND, there should be a law against intentionally and continually LYING to the people while an inhabitant of the Oval Office.
