For many years, in conversation with ‘Christians’, I’ve heard their backwards, screwed up attitudes towards gays. People who were ‘born that way’, and realized, ‘Wow, if they’re this ignorant in this area, why should I respect ANYTHING they say/beleive.

 Well, maybe this will help some dogmatic, close-minded minions. It’s hard to imagine how terrible it would be, to go through some religious nut’s ‘conversion therapy’. No wonder there are so many suuicides among those who are ‘born that way’.

In a show of unity aimed at fighting for the rights of L.G.B.T.Q. people, more than 370 international spiritual leaders have signed a declaration demanding a global ban on disputed conversion therapy.
