After ALL the US Intel says it was Russia who hacked into wide ranging US computer systems, the Liar in Chief has a different idea, trying to shift blame from his handler.

 

Trump claims China may have been behind cyber attack after Pompeo says it was ‘pretty clearly’ Russia

Trump downplayed the attack, dubbed by one U.S. official as "the worst hacking case the history of America," in his first comments on the hack.

Dotard claims ‘the Lamestream media loves to blame Russia for everything’, when in fact it was/is US Intelligence agencies, even after the Russian backed, Pathological Liar replaced most of the top intel people with his Yes Men.
