All shootings are tragic, in their own way, but the latest one in Arvada is worse than most, with THREE victims.

 Some asshole with a handgun, (probably wearing a MAGA hat from everything we hear about him), shot a cop, cuz he hated cops. Officer Beesley was a very special guy, a school resource officer with a big heart, that everyone loved.

A Good Samaritan  shot the cop killer just at the police arrived, and an officer, who had heard ‘Officer down’, shot the first guy he saw with a gun. Understandable, but tragic. He (or she) will live with this nightmare scenario for the rest of their lives.

All because some jerk was so f’ed up that he thought shooting a cop was good idea.

Like I said, all shootings are bad, but this one was terrible....

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
