BUT, in New York, Vegas, Chicago Hawaii and other markets you can buy a condo or apartment at a yuuuge discount, IF you’re willing to live in a building with Trump’s name on it.
And that cuts the buyer pool WAY down, as most people wouldn’t live in a building with the pig’s name on it no matter how cheap it is.
