What a week for football, ‘round here.

The top two 4A teams in the state, both from here in Broomfield, played Friday night and Holy Family beat Broomfield High, 29-30, and then on Saturday, Colorado beat TCU, 45-42, on the road.

And it continues, as the Buffs play arch-rival Nebraska next Saturday, with the Broncos, (or Donkeys?), going against the hated Raiders on Sunday.

Tis that time of year, with summer nearly over and football season in full bloom. 

Could be fun, I hope…..

The only thing better is seeing the Proud Boys getting sentenced for trying to overthrow our democracy, swallowing the bullshit from Der Trumpkof, who oughta be sharing a cell with them, before this all over, just cuz the arrogant, egotistical, LYING a-hole wouldn’t accept the fact that he had been BEATEN, as per  over sixty courts who said his claims about a Stolen Election were/are TOTAL BULLSHIT, although the gullible, ignorant, head up their ass sheep, won’t admit it.

Nothing new here…..

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...
