I was gonna answer

a dumbshit question in a FOX headline, about the 'Slimdown',

  • A LOOK THROUGH the slimdown contingency plans of the federal government shows some commissions and agencies have zero employees reporting for work, prompting watchdog groups to ask the question: Why do they even exist?

    and then I realized, if I gotta answer such an OBVIOUS question, as to why food and water inspection, immigration and ALL the other agencies that are shut down, exist, I realized, 'It just doesn't matter', cuz 'if I gotta explain it, you wouldn't understand it.' True idiots and they prove it every day.
