Today's FOX moment

The numbers are in, and the 'We're Number One!' crowd at FOX, actually has UNDER 2 million viewers, at 1,862,00. Wow! You'd think, by hearing THEM talk, that over half the country watches and agrees with the stooges at FOX, but it's actually under 1%, and several of those 'viewers' are people like me, who tune in only to get a glimpse into the 'alternative universe' created by Rupert Murdoch, to serve the rabid fanbase. I gotta realize that this tiny minority, no matter how loud and demented, isn't worth getting upset over. BUT, it is a good place to observe what happens when some 'Big Money' gets access to the airwaves. Wow, under 1% of the population, AND the numbers for Oct are down 46% from last year. Seems it's true, 'you CAN fool some of thepeople all the time, but you CAN'T fool all the people all the time.'

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them. A once proud party, like a beast in it's death throes, striking out to harm whatever's close, threatening to shut the gov't down, (again), over the debt limit, which is just paying the bills they already ran up.
