while the national economy was flailing, Broomfield set another record in sales tax revenue, at $46 million, while setting aside 18% of it for 'reserves'. AND, we're paying off the bonds that guaranteed us that most precious of all commodities, WATER. Some people complained when the city leaders lined up long term commitments, when water was plentiful and relatively cheap, but paid good money for it. Now it looks like sound planning. Broomfield, Colorado, where property values keep going up. Pretty cool place to live.

Yahoo…Dotard’s Big Beautiful Diesel Deal pissed off Ukraine and most of the world, plus well over half of Congress and the US, BUT, it helped his buddy Putin and his partners in Big Oil, sooo, we can see where the dick’s priorities are.

  President Donald Trump’s diesel deal with Russia would supply the global market with 4.8 million metric tons, or nearly 36 million barrels total.  This is equivalent to a little more than a single day of global demand.  The U.S. is a net diesel exporter so it does not need Russian supply, said Andy Lipow, president of Lipow Oil Associates. Goldman Sachs estimated the initial Russian release would only reduce wholesale diesel prices by $1 to $2 per barrel, which is currently at approximately $200/barrel.
