Had a special morning, today

I've played quite a bit of golf in my life, but this was one of my better rounds, with Don and Bob (Bill had a last minute business trip) at Saddleback. Had a 'blow up' hole and still shot in the 70's, with no 'gimmes' or Mulligans. The course 'owed me' a few breaks and I got 'em today. Was really fun...

Shot a 40, then 39. For a change, the putts were dropping, but had 2 shanks, that really hurt.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
