Saw 'To Rome with Love'

yesterday, and was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was because I was kinda sore from golf that morning (got 10 pars, at Saddleback), and had forgotten my eye drops, but I was expecting more than a scenic montage of Rome's top tourist spots. That part was nice, but the story was weak/weird, though it was fun watching Penelope Cruz. Did have a nice shopping trip to Costco, with Kari, but the "Rome' movie was just too "Woody Allenish', for me. Carol liked it, though.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

Just wait 'til Bonehead leads us all over the cliff, to save his 2% buddies having to pay a little higher tax. The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap. They keep forgetting we're not all a bunch of FOXNews sheep, who'll swallow whatever swill is shoveled to them.
