This is pretty amazing

This guys plays 100 famous guitar riffs, in one sitting. Knew most all of them, 'til it got toward the end, where my kids will probably know them.

I showed Ted the 100 guitar riffs and we started talking about the rock and roll fantasy band. Who would you put for best lead singer, lead guitar, bass and drums.
Go.....

Without a whole lotta thought I would probably go w/Steve Perry,(think 'Lights', by Journey), Carlos Santana, John Entwhistle and Ginger Baker. And would add Billy Powell, Lynyrd Skynyrd keyboard). Subject to change, of course, but that was first thoughts....

And of course, Will Ferrell, cowbell.

So without using duplicates:
Mine = lead singer - Brad Delp - Boston
Guitar - Eddie VanHalen
Bass - Flea
Drums - Neil Peart - Rush

Teds = lead singer -Robert Plant
Guitar - Jimi Hendrix
Bass - Les Claypool - Primus
Drums - Keith Moon

Can't argue with any of those...

Am kinda surprised, but not really, that Ted went so 'old school'. Good for him.

You check out Women and Work yet?

Yes. Heard the acoustic version which was OK, but then really liked their electric sound. Lead guy reminds me of Billy Bob Thornton. I like their sound/style and would probably really like to hear em in concert.
