Sometimes, like today, my buddy Dave ‘really nails it’.

 Trump proved to the GOP and the Oligarchy that open bigotry, outlandish victimization narratives and Big Lies work like a charm in 21st century America.  Now every right-wing media outlet and hate radio show works furiously to out-compete their rivals in viciously demonizing anyone outside the Trump Tribe as existentially “the Other”.  We’re not liberals or progressives.  We’re “Communists”, “radicals”, “Marxists” and “nihilists” – who “hate America” and are out to “destroy America”.  And we (“the Other”) Must Be Stopped at any cost.

 

This level of white-hot rhetoric on the Right makes McCarthyism look tame by comparison.  We (who are not True Believers in Our Lord and Savior Trump) are being repeatedly demonized and de-humanized 24/7/365 in the Fox (and Newsmax, OAN, Breitbart, TownHall and hate radio) alternative reality bubble.

Great 'bargains' at the local Sprouts store

where we picked up asparagus and baby back ribs. Carol and I went for the same stuff (serarately, today), cuz it is so good, AND a great price. Had it for dinner tonight. WOW. One of my fav dinners, as the ribs start out in the crock pot, then finish on the grill, with fresh asparagus. (and bread pudding for dessert) I LOVE this time of year...

The Pubs keep thinking the American public is stupid, and they can get away with their phony political crap.
